Introducing the Three New Hires of 2024

We’re thrilled to announce that Regenerative Design Group expanded our team with three exceptional new hires in 2024! With their diverse expertise and shared commitment to ecological stewardship, we’re eager to see how their contributions will deepen our work in ecological landscape design, regenerative agriculture, and climate resilience planning. Their arrival marks an exciting step forward for RDG as we continue to grow our impact and deliver innovative, site-specific solutions.

Each of our new team members brings a unique perspective and a wealth of experience:

Taurean Gagnon, Production Specialist, is a designer who blends creativity with practicality to tackle environmental public health challenges. Taurean’s work focuses on finding innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring every project is both effective and inspiring. Their expertise strengthens our ability to deliver thoughtful, impactful designs that address critical environmental and social issues.

Von Harvey, Communications Specialist, brings expertise in user experience (UX), web, graphic, and marketing design. Von’s creative storytelling and community engagement skills ensure our work is not only seen but deeply understood. By weaving narratives that highlight the importance of ecological and social resilience, Von helps us build meaningful connections with clients, collaborators, and the public.

Kate Sol, Associate Designer, is a talented designer and artist who approaches her work holistically and thoughtfully. Kate’s passion for serving both clients and ecosystems shines through in her designs, which harmonize ecological restoration with aesthetic and functional excellence.
